Mall Sri Lanka 2015
Objective: To create a Mall that catered to the Aspirations of a blossoming Tourism Market, yet approachable aspirations for the local patrons.
Concept: A strong palette that related to the natural environment and unpretentious design solutions.
This project was an excercise in many disciplines. I was tasked with the designing a mall Merchandising / Branding strategy that highlighted the uniqueness of this first-of-its-kind retail mall of this size for a developiong city. In Additiontionally design concepts from Flooring, Rails, Ceiling Details and Fire Safety integration were implemented at various stages from Concept to Final Design Development.
